Death by Titties (DBT) is a human-sized panini press where participants are squished by giant, glowing silicone boobs into an immersive, full-body motorboat experience. A participant lies down on the grill mattress, and a friend gently pulls the panini handle down so they are fully enveloped in darkness and softness. The plush silicone titties press against their entire body, offering somatic healing via bosom, sensory deprivation, and deep pressure stimulation. After exiting the press, participants are refreshed, reset, and reborn.

The press is built on a steel frame with welded, reinforced steel beam supports. Recycled wrought iron counterweights the upper segment and calibrated to prevent crushing participants. A heavy vinyl cover with sewn-in pool noodles mimics the surface of a grill. The upper and lower segments are clad in laser-cut aluminum siding that lets light glow from within. The wooden support in the upper frame allows platinum-cure silicone molds, each 15" in diameter, to dangle through. The velvety, medical-grade boobs are lined with memory foam and recycled fluff for the perfect weight and heft.
